Description
Gotta make hay when the sun shines -- or the moon, in this case. The rain and clouds dominated the sky all day and night, but there was a small clearing at the horizon at 4:30 in the morning, just before the moon was about to set over Wisconsin's state Capitol building. What luck! The shot was taken at 5:30 am, but getting out of bed before the rooster crowed was so worth it.
