Description

It had been dark and dreary all day in Madison. As I was leaving a meeting at the end of the day and made my way to the parking garage, I felt a mist that would likely lead to rain. I hurried to my car, until I noticed this solitary sunflower on the Capitol Square. It looked so beautiful and dramatic, I just had to shoot it despite the drizzle. It was so worth it.
